We stayed one night. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The heat worked well. The water was hot even after 2 long showers. The gentleman at the front counter explained everything in depth and was very kind. If you're looking for somewhere affordable in the Richmond area, definitely check this place out. It does have a pool but considering it's October it was not open.
Stayed here for 18 days, no problems, always helping if you need any, very nice people working here, clean rooms so far, location is good walking distance to good restaurants, will come back definitely when will be in town
Cozy garden is the best place hotel Richmond Indiana 419 commerce road I live in for 2 years in this hotel is very comfortable for vacation come to your friend and family business do everything in this place I also you come to see you tell me what happened if you enjoy your time enjoy your moment enjoy your life
Both the manager and his wife are friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and refurbished daily by the small but energetic crew. A small but good breakfast is always available, again the office is clean and well cared for. It's not luxury but good clean efficiency. I enjoyed my stay here.
The staff here is very friendly, but the rooms cost more than what was listed online. My boyfriend and I paid $73 for one night. The room was mostly clean, but the towels and bedsheets had stains. The walls had mismatched paint, and there was even a bullet hole in the window from the inside. Part of the floor was damaged, and the shower head definitely needs to be replaced. The TV worked, but the screen was blurry. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but we ended up rating the room 3 stars—until we saw a roach run across the floor in the middle of the night, which made the room feel dirty. Overall, it’s not worth $73. It feels more like a $40-a-night motel.
I stay weekly here at the cozy garden inn, and I have no complaints. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and peaceful. Lots of TV channels for a motel as well. Very close to mcdonalds and other restaraunts.
I’ve stayed probably 4 separate times now, great customer service,great prices for the rooms! And i will be back!
This room is a gem! It's quiet and CLEAN! The people are friendly and accommodating and you just can't beat the price. Did I mention how clean it was? Nice place, nothing fancy but nice. I will stay here again.
